Back in August of last year I had a breakdown - what I now refer to as a breakthrough - I didn't think I would ever be able to leave my home again. I've been able to go to places I didn't think I'd be able to go to ever again - I've started eating out with confidence, being content with self and I've made friends with my anxiety. My whole outlook on life has changed, I focus on the step in front rather then the whole staircase, I'm mindful in every aspect of my life.
