“It would have been good to have an earlier appointment, but the appointment I was given was kept almost to the second, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. The GP was reassuring and took action on my health concerns quickly - including referral for minor surgery within two days at Parchmore itself. I'm a regular and high demand for services can sometimes cause stress in the system, but today was perhaps the best experience I've had of a UK GP surgery for years.”

I have been with the practice for over 17 years and when I moved to Forestdale, I refused to change my GP practice and had to contest to stay at this practice due to the great service my family gets. Thankfully I was granted permission to stay at this practice. Doctor Nana and Sobena are loving and caring Doctors who never rush you when you go to see them.
