“My daughter has been studying at Leo School for a year now. She really likes it. We came to the school in January, then English was practically zero, my daughter was 7 years old. Currently, my daughter is in the 3rd grade and communicates perfectly with the teacher, just a year later. Newham is not a good borough and a high percent of residents not only live in poverty but also suffer from bad housing and face multiple challenges. The schools here are still better than in Northern cities. Eastlea also has great facilities. The teachers work hard to educate and improve pupil's lives despite of the school being in Canning Town which is one of the worst areas Newham regarding social problems.”
