“HKF is a really fantastic nursery. We had two children who went there, and the staff really got to know them and supported their unique personalities. The nursery has a lovely garden that the children use all the time for outdoor learning and exploring. Monika, the owner and manager, is in every day and knows all the children, which is really reassuring. There’s always plenty going on with lots of activities, but the kids also get time to chill out when they need it. What really stood out for us was how great the staff are at helping children understand and manage their emotions, teaching kindness, and letting them grow in their own way. We honestly couldn’t recommend HKF more!”

“As an attendee of Northwood Day Nursery, my daughter had a fantastic time. She loved mixing with the other children and learning from the brilliant staff. My daughter flourished from attending Northwood Day Nursery and would run in on a morning! My daughter was a bit of a picky eater but with the staff's encouragement and the fantastic meals cooked on site, she has developed her flavour pallet and now enjoys a wide range of foods at home and at the nursery. The extra activities are great and my daughter particularly loved Yoga and shows all the moves she's learned to us at home. As a parent, I can't thank everyone at the nursery for the fantastic care and love they've shown to my daughter. It makes it much easier as a Mam to leave her there for the morning, knowing she'll be well looked after and will have a fantastic time. I can't recommend Northwood Day Nursery enough and I'll be very very sad to leave.”

“Malina is passionate about giving kids the best start. Our son progressed a lot after being in her care. Due to the small group size, he was able to get more individual attention. Malina is caring and quite motherly so I felt satisfied whenever I left him with her. Her setting has a homely feel so he settled quickly and looked forward to going to there because he felt comfortable. If we didn't move abroad, he would still be at Pollywogs.”

“My son went to Jigsaw nursery in Hatch end and he was very well looked after by Larissa, his key worker, and was more than ready for primary school when he left. Minal was also wonderful as she went above and beyond when she taught my son phonics, reading and counting - she was brilliant. The pastoral care at the nursery was outstanding due to the all the staff and the management team run by Susan. Highly recommend.”

“Little Hearts Preschool is absolutely outstanding! Within just a few weeks, I noticed a huge positive change in my son’s confidence, happiness, and manners — he genuinely looks forward to going every day. The staff are professional, caring, and go above and beyond to create a warm, supportive environment. Having previously used local childminders, I can honestly say that the level of care, structure, and learning opportunities at Little Hearts are on a completely different standard. The environment is nurturing, stimulating, and well-organised, and the staff are well-mannered, highly trained and genuinely care about each child’s individual needs and progress. I also love that they use the Tapestry app to share updates and photos — it gives parents real peace of mind. The difference compared to childminders settings is remarkable. My only regret is not sending my older son here. The Little Hearts team is simply outstanding, and I’m so grateful for the support, care, and encouragement they have given my child — truly an amazing preschool!”

“Christopher Robin is the most nurturing, caring environment you could ever wish for your child. Our eldest has just finished there (he joined at 2) and he has never, ever grumbled about going to nursery - quite the opposite - he has run through the doors every day and when we pick him up he is smiling from ear to ear. “We have had the best experience with My Montessori school in Brook Green. All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, respectful, warm and lead by example. The teachers are very attentive to each individual child’s needs. We were warmly supported throughout the “settling in” process which was a new experience for us. The space is beautiful, peaceful, very calming colours, lots of natural light and the snacks provided are organic - these things are quite important to us. Our daughter is thriving, learning new things everyday and is very happy going to school! It is truly a breath of fresh air to have a school like this for our daughter to attend.”

“This is the best nursery in Banstead/ Nork area. One of the only not to have been snapped up by a big chain (the old barn/ bright horizons etc). My two sons have been at the nursery from 2-5 and have absolutely flourished. Due to the Montessori pedagogy they have both advanced quickly through the Early Learning Goals and will find big school easy! This nursery truly is a family away from the family- highly skilled teachers (rather than school leavers as so sadly is the case in so many nurseries) and so loving and personalised. I’ve worked in education for 25 years and this is the best nursery I’ve come across. Thank you for everything Miss Sharon, Miss Shelley and Miss Louise.”

“Pippa is amazing at what she does. My son settled in instantly and throughly enjoys his time here. The setting is clean and Pippa provides a wide variety of activities for the children. I have been really happy with Pippa’s personal approach, paying attention to each child’s individual interests and needs. Each week I receive a detailed update of what my son has been doing at the setting with photos which is brilliant as it enables me to talk to my son about his time with her. I truly believe this setting to be the best I have seen, it’s a real home from home. I would not hesitate to recommend Pippa’s setting and I already know we will be sad when my son has to leave to go off to school.”
