“I visited Richu at Fitfixtherapy regarding some mobility issues I was having. She was super helpful and went through a thorough history to find out as to why I may have the issue. As a competitive Powerlifter, mobility is key. Once Richu got to the root of the issue, she got to work in our sessions and also gave me a home care plan to consistently work on it. These things are not fixed in one session and it takes time for the body to readjust and relearn. I would highly recommend Fitfixtherapy to anyone I know as you will only get a first class service.”

“I bought my niece and nephew here for the first time whilst on holiday. They are 8&6, they had a wonderful time. We also enjoyed drinks and snacks from the cafe area. I was very grateful to find this place as it definitely helped wear them out. It’s well maintained and the staff were lovely. This was my nephews favourite part of our holiday.
