Educational facilities in Sevenoaks

“Long review warning. But if you are like me and scared of the dentist but also want to ensure you have the best care, this is worth the read. My original dentist stopped practising in the UK. I was recommended here by a place that was recommended by my partner. Origionally I called thinking I had a huge cavity in a tooth, Rose had me on the phone with Karim who is the head dentist, now Karim had me booked in a few hours later, I turned up, he looked at it and I'd chipped a filling and was just being a little dramatic. He didn't charge me for this and I didn't know him before. Also, in fairness, I was awful on my first visit. But Karim respected my wishes but also did his job by saying I needed a checkup, and he said he doesn't care where I do this, but I should do this. Showing me he only cares about giving a good service. There was no pressure to book in again. He also proved me wrong about my own teeth, I was told I had a root canal on a tooth, he looked and said he wasn't confident in this statement and offered to take an xray and confirm. Needless to say, I was told incorrectly. I couldn't refute an x-ray. Further building my trust in his integrity and skills. The next day I booked in for a check up and was booked in with Dr Peyman, when I arrived for this appointment Dr Peyman done a full examination and took xrays, he found a few cavities and was honest about their severity, showing me the xrays and detailing the areas of concern showing me how to read my own xrays. He told me that I needed to improve my brushing, and as before I was given proof, he scrapped some plaque off my tooth and showed me, and used the mirror to show me other areas. There was a small cavity found. One he couldn't do anything with, it may go away or stay the same it's very small, I asked if it could just be drilled and filled. As this wouldn't benefit me, Dr. Peyman said he wouldn't be happy to do so. Once again, showing this isn't about money. I was recommended to use a spesific mouthwash to aid in my issues. So I booked in with Lou the Hygienist, Lou asked me a lot of questions (be honest, she'll know if you're not forthcoming) she cleaned up my teeth and explained what I was doing wrong, told me and most importantly showed me how to rectify these issues, she made a few recommendations that I buy a specific brush and what toothpaste will suit my needs the best, she then gave me a way to get a discount on the aforementioned brush which was really nice. I asked really silly questions, and the answers were very respectful and honest. There are very few hygienist that will do this for you, before I was told buy an electric toothbrush and that was all. This time I was shown the correct techniques. Today, writing this review, I have been in to have about 80% of my fillings done with DR Peyman. Not even a joke here. I know the fillings were done. I could see it happening and hear the drill on my teeth. But I can't find them with my tongue like the others I've had done. He's a perfectionist. I couldn't do the last one. I was a touch fatigued, and when I asked to stop, we did. Constantly checking, I was ok. When I said I could feel the cold on my tooth, I was given more anaesthetic as it was wearing off. I am booked in again to do the final one. Is here the cheapest? Likely not, but the quality of the work to me, I feel like the quality of the work has been outstanding. I started off as super nervous. Everyone was there to help me and I've now become really comfortable with them. The two dental nurses I have met are Pria ( I hope I have spelt her name correctly) and Kelly, and both of them are lovely and very good at their jobs. The whole team plays their part amazingly. They'll be 100% honest with you and supply you with the proof you need to support their statements. In short 5 stars is not enough. If you want very good work done on your teeth, then go and see them. I'm a private patient and I do not regret choosing these guys. I hope the team never changes. They are so good I travel from Wimbeldon to see them.”

“We have been going to Gymboree Sevenoaks for the past 2 years. It is a fantastic place and the staff make you and the children feel at ease very quickly. The activities are well prepared and thought through. There is a variety of activities and every week there is a different theme. We have seen a notable improvement in our little ones' development. We also recently decided to organise a bday party. We are EXTREMELY happy we made this choice. I don't think we could have chosen a better place and staff. All guests left really satisfied and most importantly our little one with a big smile on their face. Thank you Gymboree team!”

“I went to the sevenoaks leisure centre with my mum today There today we got my sister mollie a gym membership The man that serve us was very helpful and friendly and polite It was so lovely coming back to sevenoaks leisure centre today with my mum You have a very lovely leisure centre It's very handy to have a leisure centre for people that want to come there and do some exercise to keep themselves fit and healthy The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very lovely friendly welcoming I had a very lovely first experience there today at sevenoaks leisure centre with my mum This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around”

“My daughter is in year 9 and loves this school. Teaching is to a high standard helping the children to reach the highest potential possible. Grades are expected but character nourishment is also important by the leaders and teachers.”

“Me and my partner visited this conservention centre as we had an experience booked with the porcupine for later in the day. We arrived just after opening time and we were welcomed to the centre. We were informed about the talks available, all the details about the animals, the toilet facilities and a map of the centre. The staff on site were very helpful and knowledgeable about the animals. We visited during the weekday so it was peaceful and quiet. Lovely. We saw plenty of animals from monkeys, otters, armadillos, wolves and of course, the porcupine who was very active and inquisitive Not sure what others are saying that it's small and very quick to walk around. We stopped at looked at every animal that we could see and it took us over an hour to walk around once. We walked around a few times, noticing other parts we missed the 1st time. The site was very clean. The animals seemed happy and cared for. Plenty of information boards to read about each animal We had lunch at the beautifully decorated cafe which was really nice and pretty decent priced. Plenty of veggie/vegan options as well as standard offerings. Then we had our encounter with Ben, who was very intelligent and informative about the animals. He explained everything to us and made us comfortable feeding Clouse, the porcupine and monkeys (forgot their names, sorry) The sloth didn't want to come down but we didn't mind. It was a brilliant experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Ben was excellent and he deserves all the credit. Thanks Ben. We got a lovely certificate for finishing the event which was a nice bonus to remember our time there I'd definitely recommend coming here. You won't regret it”

“We have had our children at Dance Academy Sevenoaks for 2 years now and we’re so happy we signed up! My son (now 5) initially started in pre-school ballet and is now loving the Lil’ Beatz classes. My daughter is 2 and has started the Lil Beatz now. She is naturally quite a shy girl but watching her come out of her shell with Miss Emily and the student teachers every week it so lovely to see. I’ve loved seeing both of my children develop their confidence, coordination, and creativity through DA dance classes and the fact they love their classes makes Saturday mornings a treat. “T&T Dunton Green is absolutely fantastic. Their approach to learning is wonderful and they are so good with the children. I instantly felt comfortable leaving my son with them. It is a really nice, cosy, homely environment and the staff also make it feel that way. The communication is excellent and they have a great focus on child safety.
