“When I worked as a manager for a 42 flat retirement complex all flats were fitted with an Autostopcock which helped prevent a lot of the leaks running through to the flats below. “Excellent service. The cab we wanted had broken down on its way to us. We had a phone call and a profuse apology that another mini van was on its way. It was a bigger one than required and was only 5 minutes late. On the journey home the driver help physically support my dad out of the van as he was in his 9o's and the van had a high step down.
