“I reached out to the garage after a series of bad experiences with other mechanics and the main dealer. Having been constantly overcharged for substandard work it’s actually difficult to explain how impressed I am with the team at Alfaman. I took in my Guilia Quadrifoglio that required a service. I was aware of some issues with my brakes as well as being advised by a tire shop to getting my tracking done as well. I explained this to Eddy and he arranged a date where this could all be done at once. Throughout the whole process the communication was brilliant, I would either receive text updates from Charlie or a call from Eddy to let me know the progress and ask before any extra work from his recommendation was completed. When it came to the bill I was more than pleasantly surprised as it came to half of what the main dealer would’ve charged me with 10x the workmanship put into the job. Thank you Eddy and your team for getting my car back to me so promptly and the job completed so professionally!”
