“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . “I've only ever driven through Cheam before my visit yesterday, a trip by public transport (tram and train) from Croydon specifically to visit the Whitehall museum, housed in a grade II* listed former domestic dwelling dating from before the reign of Henry VIII. While the museum is an important place of reference for local history, geared more towards children than adults, it also houses the excellent Freedom Caffe' tearoom. The restrictions imposed by such an old, historic house may mean they can't use a normal commercial coffee machine but the range of soft drinks is impressive and more importantly, the vegan options for lunch are delicious. I highly recommend both the vegan sausage roll with salad and the vegan Greek. Then there are the cakes... The only vegan option on the day was a chocolate pear and apple cake but it was gorgeous and the staff were attentive and friendly and the food reasonably priced. I also noted the fresh pasta preparation. There's more to Cheam than the museum but whatever else you're doing it's well worth making sure you visit the Freedom Caffe' for a drink and a bite to eat.”

From the first consultation and every interaction after the team were understanding and courteous. I opted for a partial denture, which has been great! Been using them for years now for my son who is autistic and has adhd and they are always incredibly patient...he used to hate going to the barbers but now doesn't mind at all because the ladies here put him at ease. I don't mind going now either...it used to be an anxious experience for me. They do a brilliant job on his hair for a very reasonable price, always left happy. “I arranged to see Tony regarding tightness and soreness in my hamstring/glutes which I have had for a couple of years. After an initial chat where I mentioned other injuries and problems with my leg, Tony gave me a whole body MOT. As well as working on my leg, he found the old injuries in my back and shoulder which he gently but effectively re aligned. After a second session where he intensely worked my leg, it feels much more comfortable with increased flexibility. I felt very comfortable with Tony, who is genuinely very caring and clearly very knowledgeable. The Chi Clinic has a relaxed and friendly feel about it rather than sterile and impersonal. I would happily go back for regular maintenance.”
