“I have been a member of White Oak for over 3 years now and do not plan on changing gym. I mainly go to the morning classes and we have very good experienced instructors in Yoga, kettlebell, Pilates, Zumba, circuit. The centre as a whole is very good although needs more cleaners and maintenance . I cannot comment on the cafe because I do not use it but it's always busy. The staff are lovely especially the ladies at the reception, Scarlet and Demi being some of my favourite. If you want value for money, this centre is probably the best around.”

“Swanley kindergarten pre school has been the most amazing journey for my daughter and myself as a parent. The development, growth in confidence and skills the children learn here is incredible. The care and support from all the lovely ladies who work so hard here makes it so special. I choose to travel 12 miles a day to get here as it’s soooooo worth it. Thank you.”
