    “I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”

Every treatment has resulted in a positive outcome. She is very insightful and manages to pinpoint the issue every time even when it may not be obvious. And the needles don’t hurt at all (for anyone who is anxious about this).”
