As a competitive Powerlifter, mobility is key. Once Richu got to the root of the issue, she got to work in our sessions and also gave me a home care plan to consistently work on it. These things are not fixed in one session and it takes time for the body to readjust and relearn. I would highly recommend Fitfixtherapy to anyone I know as you will only get a first class service.”
