“We went to Timberland on the 03/10 for some new school shoes. Kim was extremely helpful, spoke to us in a friendly manner, and gave us many suggestions for all kinds of styles. You can appreciate the staff training in product knowledge and they have genuine customer service skills. We all left, happy, with our new shoes. Definitely coming back. “We booked our Honeymoon via Jack and had the best experience. We knew where we wanted to go but the finer details needed to be worked out. We went to Singapore and The Maldives, we knew where we wanted to stay in Singapore but had zero clue on what Island for The Maldives. We ran Jack through our ideal list and he pulled up a few options and we found our Island. We booked there and then! All communication from then was just as good as the first time, and it just made the Wedding/Honeymoon even more exciting. We were met by Kuoni reps, as well as receiving packs from them whilst away to confirm all information. A big thank you to Kuoni and especially Jack for making sure we had towel art in the room- literally a dream come true!”

“Having read the reviews, I was really concerned about using this courier service for the collection and return of my husband’s passport to the US Embassy in London. But as their only courier service it was a decision taken out of my hands. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The passport arrived at the Embassy when stated it should be. On return delivery, it arrived within 1 business day. I was given a 2 hour time slot and it arrived within this time. Overall, very happy with service. Thank you.”

“We were recommended to Adel and Tim through friends of ours as we were looking to book our honeymoon and felt completely out of our depth! We couldn't recommend them enough, first of all Tim called us to get a feel for what we were after, we were then presented with a few great options that were well thought out and put together in a very user friendly link.
