“My mother was struggling with toothache for maybe 2-3 months, so she was taking painkillers, but then she got immune to them and the real pain came. She wasn't able to sleep for 3 nights in a row and then I called to this Dental Practice. The lovely lady from the reception answered my desperate call and she helped us by doing an emergency appointment for my mom in that day. The doctor made an x-ray, he explain to us where the pain is coming from, he prescribe some antibiotics and told my mom to come again after 1 week to extract the wisdom tooth. She took all the antibiotics, then when she didn't have any left to take, the pain started again and Sunday night she didn't sleep again. So she was supposed to go for the extraction on Tuesday, but Monday morning I called again and the receptionist lady made another emergency appointment at 9:00. The doctor said he's very busy with appointments, but he will try to help my mom between patients. So he made the wisdom tooth extraction and I have to say that this action was incredibly quick and without pain, between 1-2 minutes. My mom didn't even notice that the doctor made the extraction! Then I have to thank you a lot for your help, great staff, very polite and helpful, very professional. Cheers again for your help! I truly recommend this Dental Practice!”
