“The whole family has been with this practice for over 10 years and I really can't fault it. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. There is no hard sell on treatment and in fact lots of small jobs have not been charged at all eg a retainer clean. Importantly me for me, being deaf, the staff are very deaf aware so it's a very relaxed experience.”
