He even made her a black paper rose, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The birthday arrangement was wonderful, with a sparkler on the cake and the staff singing happy birthday. Ejder truly made our day special — thank you for such a memorable and enjoyable experience! I highly recommend celebrating your birthday here — the atmosphere is really good and perfect for special occasions.”

“I've only ever driven through Cheam before my visit yesterday, a trip by public transport (tram and train) from Croydon specifically to visit the Whitehall museum, housed in a grade II* listed former domestic dwelling dating from before the reign of Henry VIII. While the museum is an important place of reference for local history, geared more towards children than adults, it also houses the excellent Freedom Caffe' tearoom. The restrictions imposed by such an old, historic house may mean they can't use a normal commercial coffee machine but the range of soft drinks is impressive and more importantly, the vegan options for lunch are delicious. I highly recommend both the vegan sausage roll with salad and the vegan Greek. Then there are the cakes... The only vegan option on the day was a chocolate pear and apple cake but it was gorgeous and the staff were attentive and friendly and the food reasonably priced. I also noted the fresh pasta preparation. There's more to Cheam than the museum but whatever else you're doing it's well worth making sure you visit the Freedom Caffe' for a drink and a bite to eat.”

“We have taken all of our three Wolfhounds to Beth who all absolutely loved her. She has (and is with our latest - No 3 Dexter) so caring and professional. Even her greeting to us humans is always with a smile. Considering we have had large dogs, this has never been an issue with Beth, on the contrary, she is so relaxed and confident with them. They have all come out looking and smelling lovely. We would recommend Beth 100% - even after moving out of the area, we are more than happy to travel 45 minutes for her expert service. “I had a collection on Sunday. They were super busy but so friendly, polite and gracious. It was great to see my food cooked fresh and it was absolutely delicious. I’m so glad I found this place. I had Chicken Yakisoba with a medium spice level. Perfect!”

“The food here is always amazing. I have never had a bad dish. My favourite dishes are the Mango Flower Dumplings, Chicken Massaman and the Pad See Ew (which is one of their specials). The staff are very friendly and accommodating too. I would definitely recommend booking in advance because it gets very busy due to its popularity!”

“Different from a typical High Street kebab takeaway but all the better for that difference - dropped one star on service but only because they were absurdly busy which is a sign of their popularity, which in turn is a reflection of their quality. Beautifully marinated and cooked chicken shish, oven roasted, best pita bread I've ever had and great selection of salad and sauces - plus what I can only describe as the best roast chips I've ever had. £11.35 for large chicken shish in pita. Will be returning without doubt. Kind of hard to mark a takeaway on 'atmosphere' - it was fine for the 15 minutes I was sat waiting!”
