“Finally, we had the chance to dine at Ida Restaurant in North London. The place is always fully booked, and now I understand why. The restaurant is very cosy, with an old-style Italian vibe that embraces you as soon as you walk in. The staff are warm, polite and gentle. The chef is super cool, Alessandro, from Rome, supported by Alessia on the starter and dessert section. We had a very good bruschetta with mozzarella and anchovies, and then the main act: the PASTA!!! Absolutely divine. We tried the pappardelle with wild boar, the tagliatelle ragù Marchigiano, and because it was so good, we also tried the pappardelle with duck ragù. What can I say? Fresh pasta, beautiful and fresh ingredients, the result can only be top-quality food. We also tried the dessert of the day, a crostata with crème pâtissière and berry coulis, and it was delicious. The front of house was absolutely fantastic. Fiammetta and Gina made us feel instantly welcome with their warmth and professionalism. We’d really like to thank all them for making our evening so special. We will definitely go back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
