“I’ve been a member since just before Covid and this place kickstarted my love of fitness, to the extent that I’ve now become a qualified instructor myself. I started off with Nancy’s classes and found her so professional- greeting every new participant and learning their name so that you always felt welcomed. I loved her fun approach and inclusivity. Sadly work means I can only do her classes in the school holidays now, but when I do, I leave pump and dance fit on a Thursday morning with a well-needed injection of joy!”

“Tolworth Recreation Centre is quite a good place, offering a gym, sauna, and steam room, although these areas are a bit small. They also provide facilities for football, tennis, badminton, trampolining, and many more activities, making it a useful spot for a variety of sports and fitness.”
