5 Hilton Northampton
βAs always Hilton was fab. What really stood out about this location was the staff, don't get me wrong they're always lovely. We had our 2 yr old with us, when checking in the ladies at reception moved our room to the ground floor as lifts were being serviced when we came. So thoughtful, saved us a lot of trouble. They offered lego, crayons to colour with, and wordsearch for little one. Breakfast the team were attentive, again they saw little one and asked if we would like children cutlery and brought it out. Another staff member came over and let us know they could do waffles or pancakes for little one. We went with pancakes and he loved it! Same staff member (I'm cross with myself that I didn't get her name) when we getting ready to leave asked 'will we be seeing you for breakfast tomorrow?' We were just there for the night, she asked if we had plans for the day, my husband was taking our little one to a kids play whilst I had to go to work. Which she gave some solid recommendations on, glad she did because the place she'd said had been amazing. We were at Hilton in Bath earlier this year, this extra care from the staff didn't happen there. Again please don't misunderstand they had been lovely. But this level of care is what made my husband and I say we won't be bothering with any other hotel when we visit Northampton now. I know...long winded. But this family of 3 was very grateful and I truly wanted to convery that. Thank you!β

Melissa was caring, understanding and very patient with Sophie and the lesson was relaxed for her too, Melissa followed Sophieβs lead throughout. βI was recommended to visit Ash at Suits Direct Milton Keynes for my fiancΓ©s wedding and grooms party suits. Ashβs knowledge, guidance and professionalism was second to none and this was reflected the fact that all three of the men (who would usually struggle to find a suit that fits) came away having had a fantastic, stress free experience with perfect fitting suits and have all said they will be going back to see Ash again for any future suits they may require! My fiancΓ© went for a bespoke suit and Ash guided us through the process seamlessly, he was extremely patient, giving advice where needed but equally putting no pressure on us to make a purchase and he went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% happy with the suit before ordering. The suit arrived very quickly and it was everything we had hoped, great quality and a perfect fit. The store itself had everything we needed and we were also able to purchase shoes and belts as well as matching ties, pocket squares and socks, meaning everything is now organised and sorted for the wedding day! Would without a doubt recommend!β

βFriendly staff and great facilities. I use the pool and gym, generally no issues with either. Problems with hot water in the past would be my only negative but this seems to have been sorted. A good value fitness and sports club conveniently located in the village for local residents. Opening times and availability of general swim sessions can be somewhat limited because of the setup in a working public school, and there is not a huge range of equipment or number of machines in the fitness suite but for me Willison Centre is worth the cost and I enjoy being a member. I also love the flexible rolling subscription system so I donβt have to pay for a month if I have sickness, injury or holidays etc. and wouldnβt get the use.β
