   We take our school here to use the swimming pool for lessons & it's a perfect size pool to teach swimming in as it's only deep in a small bit. The staff are very friendly & helpful, especially the lifeguard. Would definitely recommend this pool if teaching swimming or learning to swim. Also it is the warmest pool I've been in so not freezing for the kids once they first get in.

   Friendly staff and great facilities. I use the pool and gym, generally no issues with either. Problems with hot water in the past would be my only negative but this seems to have been sorted. A good value fitness and sports club conveniently located in the village for local residents. Opening times and availability of general swim sessions can be somewhat limited because of the setup in a working public school, and there is not a huge range of equipment or number of machines in the fitness suite but for me Willison Centre is worth the cost and I enjoy being a member. I also love the flexible rolling subscription system so I don’t have to pay for a month if I have sickness, injury or holidays etc. and wouldn’t get the use.

   The staff are friendly and helpful, and the gym is kept clean. It’s great to have changing rooms available. While the gym is small, it has most of the essential equipment, including dumbbells, cable machines, a couple of racks, a smith machine, benches, and cardio equipment. Due to its size, it can get a bit busy at times, and if you’re used to a larger commercial gym, the equipment selection might feel somewhat limited. However, the pricing is very competitive, and the location is convenient for me, making it a solid choice overall.

   Schools sports facilities, no bells or whistles but nice and cheap! Large hall for badminton, basketball, cricket nets or short tennis plus swimming pool. Small gym upstairs as well.

   We use the pool for teaching scuba diving, it is a reasonably clean pool considering that it is used by people and schools all the time. Staff are very helpful and cheerful. Would love to have an extra shower but we manage. Lots of swimming lessons also available.
