I phoned just after placing the order to check the delivery address and the woman I spoke to was a delight. Very helpful and explained also that she would have to make a little substitute owing to the fact some of the flowers in the photo were not in stock. Of course this is not a problem, and in any case it didn't make a difference, if anything the final bouquet was even more beautiful than the photos online, my friends were very touched!
