“First of all sorry for the delay. I have been visiting the TFL Heston Vehicle Inspection Centre in 23 September 2025. I had an issue with my PCO badge and I spoke with the manager and another guy (who was bus driver before) they were very nice, kind and helpful. They are “HUMANS “ with full huge capital letters I hope more people like them and the world can be a better place in the future because now I have a 6 month old and I wish He can grow up in that world. But actually all staff are very helpful and polite. Maybe one day I can join your team. Thank you guys all the best!”
