“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars It was my first time visiting Softplay with my 15-month-old, and I was pleasantly surprised! The area was spacious, clean, and not overcrowded at all. I loved that they had separate sections for different age groups — including a special area just for little ones up to 18 months. Everything was well supervised. One of the staff members was especially attentive, always making sure the older kids didn’t wander into the baby area and that everyone followed the rules. It made the experience feel very safe and respectful for everyone. The whole place was spotless, the vibe was great, and even the food was good! I also really appreciated that we didn’t need to pre-book — we just walked in, and for the whole family, it was only £11.50 for a two-hour slot, which is amazing value. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

“This place is a an oasis in a desert. Great food atmosphere and service. The prices are hard to beat with the quality of the experience. I'm glad I found this place and will be back for more.”

“This was my first time visiting the establishment. I had a business meeting. What I liked the most was that we were not asked if we wanted to order food. We booked in as a business meeting, and that was respected. Thank you, staff, for being invisible but visible. It takes a well-trained staff to achieve that goal.”
