“Came here for a work Christmas meal, and we couldn't have been happier. The food was amazing and they catered superbly to vegan and gluten-free diets. The food was also great value for money, and the extra touches such as sorbet and a welcome drink were really appreciated. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we felt well looked after the entire time. Thank you, team! We will definitely be back again.”

“Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”

He took such thoughtful care of the children, even surprising them with pancakes decorated with a heart in the middle—a beautiful touch that made them feel truly seen. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for everyone. The service throughout was warm, attentive, and family-friendly. Staff were kind, patient, and clearly cared about creating a positive experience. Clean, welcoming atmosphere and a team that goes the extra mile- Highly recommended! “No local nursery can beat the girls that work here! The lunch is made on site and my son eats the food and he's picky! Massive corporate nurseries have nothing to offer they don't focus on the childrwn just the money these guys enjoy working with the children and the families! X”

“Brilliant pints, brilliant views. Plenty of space in this Fullers Pub for larger gatherings and, perfectly located between Brentford and Richmond so lots of access to places to eat before or after, but that's not even needed because I would recommend eating here!”

“Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.”
