He was quick and precise (and upfront/honest) with all his answers and gave me so much confidence in booking. I also had the pleasure of being assisted greatly by Alice, who was so friendly, refreshingly upbeat and personable. She replied to literally every single email within minutes, was utterly 'on point' during all our calls and understood my concerns before I'd even brought them up - amazing; a real asset to the company. I simply cannot recommend this business highly enough and will always book my flights, hotels and holiday packages through Horton Holidays. “The owners of this Hotel, Lucky and Nina, are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are kind and helpful and always have time for a chat. The Hotel is a listed building and has been renovated into a beautiful hotel with everything you could possibly need. It is incredibly clean, warm and homely. The rooms are gorgeous with lovely fittings and the bathroom has really good light and a nice shower with constant hot water. I felt so at home and comfortable I did not want to leave. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but this Hotel beats the lot! What more can I say? 5 star rating plus from me and a great big thank you to our hosts.”
