“Mandy is one of the most kindest, compassionate and understanding people i have ever met. I had just came out of a 7 year abusive relationship when i started seeing her. I was advised by a doctor it may help to speak to someone i didnt know. The old me would have said no way! But at this point in my life i had nothing left to loose. I felt empty and worthless with no confidence and no friends. I stopped leaving the house as i felt like everyone hated me and i wasnt good enough. After my first session with mandy i felt i couldnt wait till the next week. just to be able to speak to someone about it all and be honest and not have to lie or be embarrassed about what ive been through. Ive been seeing mandy now for over 10 months and to say im back to the old me is an understatement. I am getting stronger and more confident every week. I feel so powerful in my self now. I will never put up with what i have and go back to the life i lead and the women i became. I have mandy to thank for so much!!! She is a lovley women and goes above and beyond. She is always able to squeeze me in when im having a really bad day or i fall back in to my old feelings. She has made me the strong women i am today. She has a true gift of making everything seem so simple and easy to get through. I cant thank you and recommend enough!!!”

“Sarah was my first experience of counselling and I am so grateful to her for the guidance, listening and counsel she has given me in the last 6 months. Sarah has been great at perfectly balancing "real talk" and a grounding level of perspective to combat my inner critic whilst also being supporting and compassionate, opening up more difficult and sensitive topics that I never otherwise work through. Without doubt, working with Sarah has changed the trajectory of my mental health and life; I encourage anyone considering counselling to do it and would recommend Sarah highly.”
