Wayne went 'above and beyond ' to turn a former pokey scullery into a downstairs modern shower room, tiled throughout, non slip floor and shower access wide enough for a wheelchair. He also made alterations to the layout of the living room to accommodate downstairs bed. At the same time he installed new central heating boiler and new radiators throughout. He also had double glazing fitted throughout. All this was done with care and attention to detail and minimum fuss. So pleased have I been with Wayne's work I will be asking him to take on two further projects - turn an upstairs box room into a bathroom and add an extension onto the kitchen. I will be asking to fit the new kitchen too. I know he will do an excellent job.”
