“I was having a slight issue with my passenger door on my Tiguan, so I popped into Marshalls Loughton today, unannounced, for advice with a view to book in if necessary. Not only were they extremely helpful and saw me straight away, they took the car into their workshop and fixed it there and then as it was just a minor adjustment required.
