“My boy Bertie is a lockdown kitten and sadly due to the lack of socialisation with other people (other than me) when he was very young due to the restrictions in place at the time he is therefore extremely attached to me and me alone, and can be difficult to interact with. Despite this, I have no hesitation in leaving Bertie in the very capable hands of Karon and Molly at Meow Manor. Bertie is clearly very content at Meow Manor and I am regularly updated with photos and videos of Bertie relaxing or playing with the toys Karon and Molly kindly provide. I know that he definitely enjoys his time at Meow Manor as I struggle to get him back in his carrier when its time to collect him (he prefers to jump up to the top shelf and lay down looking at me like the cheeky boy he is!). I have used this cattery many times now and would recommend it to anyone!”

“A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. “I have two children and both have been with the Farningham Day nursery over the last couple of years now and I could not talk highly enough of the team they have there. The support and encouragement they have given both of my children is second to none. It is so hard as a parent leaving your children with people especially for the first time, but to know they are in such safe hands and with such lovely people makes the whole process that much more easier to deal with. They are a very professional outfit and put the children's growth and physical developments very high up on their list of priorities. Both my children absolutely love the nursery and the friendly, happy and smiley staff that always greet you on arrival. Neither of my children have ever come home from nursery said they didn't have a good day. 10/10 rating from my experience. Thank you to the whole team for all the hard work and efforts that they put into everyday there.”

“I am totally mystified by the criticism posted by others. I have always found this practice, and its predecessor as The Orchard Practice to be really excellent. Helpful, patient and considerate staff, who manage to be helpful while under severe pressure much of the time. And all the doctors, nurses and other medical staff have been unfailingly polite, informative and responsive. Parking is limited which is problematic but this is hardly the fault of the Practice staff. Overall,i'm very very pleased and satisfied by the service I receive. Thanks You.”
