“As cliche as it sounds I wish I tried it sooner... A few years ago someone suggested hypnotherapy but I was so sceptical and also not ready to really admit how big the anxieties had gotten. So instead of getting help I wasted money on holidays I then couldn't go on and missed out out other opportunities of travel. For the first time in about 6 years I am abroad and having the most amazing time. About 6 sessions with Maggie and there was not even a hint of anxiety when getting on the plane. 6 sessions fixed 6 years of anxiety and I am so pleased.
