    Inclusive Multi Academy Trust

““Inspiring our children and community to be the very best that they can be!” As a Trustee I feel really privileged and proud to be involved in this journey. “Inclusive” is not only our name but core to everything we do to help our community fulfil the hopes and dreams of our children. Every day our 3 Watford primary schools – Beechfield, Cherry Tree and Laurance Haines work closely together to create great opportunities which inspire our pupils to learn and develop skills to adapt and succeed in our ever changing world. Each school is very much a part of the local community with its own distinct characteristics and curriculum –we don’t believe that one size fits all but a nurturing philosophy underlines everything we do. As part of a group of schools we provide opportunities for our children to participate and share in exciting projects across the schools – whether sporting, outdoors or creative - for example our art display in Watford Museum or the more recent song written and performed to celebrate and thank Covid-19 key workers. Supporting our people to succeed is a core belief and strength – we are lucky to include former pupils among our teaching staff! Working together enables the sharing and development of best practice whilst addressing workload too. Good career progression is available across the Trust schools. “if you want to go fast, go alone. Laurel way Playgroup

    Open

“My son had such a wonderful time at Laurel Way Playgroup. He came back to me more confident, happy, and thriving. As a multilingual family who speaks another language at home, we were amazed at how well he learned English within just a year. His communication skills have grown so much, and we truly believe this nursery played a big part in that. Susan is an exceptional teacher and manager so experienced, kind, and truly dedicated. Grace, Audrey, and Rasa are all amazing too. They’ve each made a special impact on my son, and we are going to miss them all dearly. Laurel Way Playgroup will always hold a special place in our hearts. I often dream of my son’s nursery and the joy it brought to our lives. Thank you for everything.”

“I moved my daughter from a different setting to join Glenangels three years ago and have not had a single regret since! We aspired for a better, all rounded setting offering outdoor play and lots of stimulation and above all fun, which is everything that Glenangels is! I now also have my younger son there and they both come home bursting with positive energy, and big smiles on their faces every single day. Glenangels is a family run business and you truly feel the family vibe. It is like our children's second home, and we are able to get on with our working day without a single moment of angst or worry. Moreover, the staff there are incredible; not only are they hard working but they also have such a genuine love and care for all the children there.”

“The nursery is always clean and safe my daughter is very happy there. She is much confidant. All the staff is supportive but the manager Nazy is doing a very wonderful job. She is very active and make everyone work hard. Besides, she is always ready to give ideas on what ever issue one would discuss. She knows every student by name and how the child is and what abilities he/she got.”

“My son went here for about 5 months. He isn’t very sociable and is very attached to me but at this nursery he flourished! I loved seeing all pictures that were uploaded throughout the day. He learnt so much about trees, mushrooms and wildlife during his forest school time! He also loved doing sports on a Friday. I couldn’t recommend the butterfly patch more. This nursery has truly made a huge impact on myself and my son! Thank you so much to all the staff for taking such good care of my baby❤️”

“As we approach the start of a new term, I would like to commemorate KAA school for the outstanding support that they’ve shown to me and my child during this pandemic. Throughout the past few months, which have proven difficult for us all, I felt that each teacher in their own unique way provided great academic and emotional support which enabled my daughter to excel whilst working from home. From being provided with a laptop, to daily updates via email and someone always available to answer any queries, I am genuinely grateful and moved by the teams efforts! Thank you”

“The Lyceum is a wonderful, happy school, which has undergone a transformation under Headteacher Mrs Wyatt. The building is beautiful, airy and light, with an outdoor playground - something of a rarity in central London. The teaching is energetic and tailored to the child, with academic standards now high. The canteen chef is also incredible, literally incredible!”
