“Had a lovely time here with my family. Food was very nice and plenty of tables to choose from. Would definitely go again.”
“Novi is the BEST espresso room / coffee shop in the ‘Nam without exception. It’s the warmth of the welcome as much as it is the delights within!”
“I’ve found my favourite breakfast spot. Having moved to the area recently I came here for the first time for some breakfast. The menu was great - there were so many amazing and healthy options to choose from. Similarly, they offer delicious smoothie options. My breakfast came out beautifully presented and tasted amazing. One of the best I’ve had in a long time. The service was super prompt and friendly too! Can’t wait to come back!”
“We live just up the road and thought it was a greasy spoon. How wrong we were. Poached is a postage stamp size gourmet breakfast restaurant. The menu is innovative. The service is warm and friendly. That totally know their coffee (fresh roasted beans on sale here too). A delightful place for breakfast (and probably lunch too. As a bonus they have a live train times board and do takeaways. 5 stars all the way.”
“Lovely fry up served very quickly. Very popular Sunday late morning so can be quite noisy. Clean and food piping hot. Outside seating also.”
“I’ve been a loyal Daisy Grey customer since 2023, and in that time it’s become far more than just a coffee stop for me — it’s been a constant companion through every stage of my academic and professional life. The team is consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming; they remember faces, orders, and even the little details that make you feel like part of the community. During my undergraduate degree, the outdoor heaters kept me company through countless study sessions. As a teacher, I found myself back here on early mornings, planning lessons with a cup of something extra hot (which they never fail to get just right). And the outdoor plug sockets? They witnessed the highs and lows of my master’s degree — drafts, deadlines, and all. The coffee is always delicious, reliably smooth, and prepared with care. Their pastries are just as unforgettable: the croissants are always fresh, warm, and perfectly flaky, and the banana bread is genuinely the best in town. The fact that the staff remember my regular extra-hot order says everything about the personal touch that sets Daisy Grey apart. I regularly drive an extra ten minutes from work, even on my shortest breaks, just to get a Daisy Grey coffee — it’s genuinely that worth it. Daisy Grey isn’t just a café; it’s been a backdrop to my growth, a comforting constant, and the best local spot I’ve ever had the pleasure of calling “mine.” Highly recommended.”
“My wife and I love to come here on weekends. Great food. Great staff. Great vibes.”
“Baylee was so friendly. The açai bowl was lovely too!”
“Great new place just opened. Italian bites & cocktails, cool decor. Pasta was home cooked & tasted great. Long Island ice tea was mixed the way it should be... About time we had a cocktail bar worth visiting.”
“Nice little spot in the park court yard brilliant for dog walkers and visitors. Nice menu serves stone baked pizzas with a few to choose from. Breakfast buns and a nice selection of drinks. Ice cream counter that also serves special dog ice creams. Very nice staff all the food is fresh and they have a selection of cakes and bakery goods. Well worth a stop”
“Our favorite cafe the cakes are the best and the value incredible.”
“Stunning Sunday lunch! One of the best Sunday roasts I’ve had in a long time— even better than some of the traditional pubs Uptown. The preparation of the vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and gravy were spot on! Nice, busy atmosphere, with great service. Thanks!”
“This is a busy park cafe. The coffee is very good and on our last visit my son had a huge almond Croissant which was exceptional. We have never had a meal but the menu is varied and what I have seen served looks very appetising. Finally the staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit in my opinion.”
“Haven't been there for 8 years, fancy something different than pub food, the food was excellent big portions two drinks cost only £20 would have cost me in the £50 in the pub highly recommend.”
“Its quite hidden inside Clock House Rail Station, Exceptional customer service, and a beautiful coffee, the shop needs some looking after but nevertheless tasty coffee”
“Love coming here with my son after school. The coffee is good, there is not much noise, there's parking space and the staff are lovely”
“Nice coffee before going into London”
“From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly ground coffee and buttery croissants wraps around you like a cashmere scarf. The interior? Think sun-drenched nooks with velvet armchairs, vintage bookshelves, and fairy lights that twinkle like captured stars. It’s Instagram-worthy without trying too hard. I ordered the lavender honey latte and the avocado toast with poached eggs and truffle oil—and let me tell you, my taste buds threw a party. The latte was silky, floral, and perfectly balanced (not a hint of soapiness, which is a lavender crime I’ve suffered elsewhere). The toast? Crispy sourdough, creamy avocado, eggs cooked to runny perfection, and that truffle oil… chef’s kiss. Portions are generous but not overwhelming, and every ingredient screams quality. The staff? Absolute angels. My barista, Leo, noticed I was sketching and brought over a tiny complimentary matcha madeleine “for inspiration.” Service this thoughtful should be illegal. Even the playlist—lo-fi jazz with a sprinkle of French pop—feels”
“Lovely coffee shop really close to the station, not the place to be sitting on your laptop (my mistake) it’s hustle and bustle and friendly customer service is great if you’re just stopping by and having a good catchup. But wouldn’t stay for long as it’s a tiny space. Definitely recommend for good coffee and quality baked goods. Had the blackberry danish was so good I forgot to take a photo!”
“Very nice café with a good vibe, i ordered the ham & cheese toastie which was really tasty yet not very expensive (around 5 pounds). I strongly recommand if you live around Eden Park !”
“Staff friendly and helpful. Quality of food excellent. Large choice of menu. Premises always very clean and tidy. As soon as a table is vacated, the table is cleared and cleaned. Would recommend Hutch's highly.”

“We used Branching out for funeral flowers. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had some unusual ideas and they listened and gave advice and the drinks while we deliberated were very welcome! On they day of the funeral were were absolutely delighted with the flowers. They were beautifully arranged, vibrant and just what we imagined. They really brightened a very sad day for us. Thank you so much.”
“A proper 10/10 place here. I came with my friends and dog and the service was incredible - very kind - and may I say super homemade cakes! We highly recommend it!”

“I loved this place. Great service.”
“Had superb vegetarian focaccia (mozzarella, sun-dried tomato, aubergine, olives). Cooked to perfection, crispy outside, melty inside. Generous portion and very reasonable prices. They also sell authentic Italian products - pasta, oils, pasta sauces. Also delicious looking cakes, which I didn't try, as focaccia was substantial! Friendly, helpful staff.”
“Absolutely love this place. Food is so good and the staff are friendly, efficient and chatty. The cafe always feels clean and always has great atmosphere. Will continue to return and recommend! Best independently run cafe in the area.”
“Gorgeous coffee and cake and friendly, helpful service. Only thing I’d change was the lack of choice for gluten free – though the mandarin and chocolate chip slice I had was top notch. Oh! Love the garden out the back, too! Wish I lived closer to visit again!”
