“Best Indian food in the SE London. I've been ordering form this place for over 9 years now. It is so good, i drive 40 min to collect it as no longer living in the area. They are really generous with spices and everything is delicious. Chicken Tikka Madras, Paneer Tikka and all the veg side dishes... not forgetting the Peshawar naans. “Never any issues and glad I found them. Team always helpful and up for a good chat and my local go to point during the pandemic, both for small grocery shopping and postal services. Especially with regards to the postal services, team super helpful, you can drop anytime during day / week, and will go out with next batch. Don’t need to worry about formal Royal Mail cutoff times etc. Also very helpful that they accept Hermes too, so can cover two providers in one shop!”

“Visited late afternoon on Saturday the 8th of March having rung ahead to check availability. Such a lovely place, fantastic homemade,tasty cream tea,fabulous friendly service and beautiful quirky vintage decor topped off with a lovely lady providing an amazingly diverse range of songs on the piano as our soundtrack for the afternoon.I was lucky enough to be given a voucher ( lasts a whole year)as a Xmas present and will definitely be back. Would highly recommend.”

“A fantastic little pub in the idyllic village of Eynsford. A smallish outdoor area to the right as you approach and a large area to the rear. Inside the pub is split in two along the lines of what I would think would have been the bar and the lounge. The guvnor was wonderful but took his beers very seriously- kept constant eye contact when he asked what we thought of his beers and listened intently to our answers. The inside was lovely and not overdone like many country inns trying to capture the history of the land. The Guinness was absolutely spot on as was the Harvey's Sussex Best and the Landlord. I think I might go back”

“So it seems that Friday is fish and chips day ! Fresh fish not frozen, crispy batter was perfect Chips are frozen but proper chips and not those skinny things so ofyen served in pubs, garden peas or mushy peas and served with a wedge of lemon. Could ask for better and only £3 more than the local chippy which incidentally is also very good. Staff are great with a real local atmosphere so 5 stars from me”
