“Absolute perfection. Flew both of my dogs over to Cyprus from UK, a doberman (10) and a mini sausage dog (3). Nina and Holly were brilliant in explaining the process and ensuring all ran smoothly. Obviously we were very anxious. We received the dogs via Sarah who clears the dogs on the cyprus end and from the moment I landed she kept me updated to the minute and put me in touch with Neil who was delivering the girls to us. He was lovely and chilled. The girls arrived and they were in super condition, slightly tired and quiet from the long day but they were in no way stressed or traumatised. After 5 minutes they were back to their normal selves and Sarah has a video of mine to prove which I am happy for anyone to view for proof and piece of mind. Thank you to all involved. Xxx”
