“Iconic salon ✨ This hair dressers is simply the best! So I haven’t been to a hair dressers in like a decade, and have used box dyes to cover greys. My hairs very dark brown (almost black) and I wanted to go light ginger. Holly didn’t refuse point blank like I was expecting, she explained it would take a whole day if I wanted it done in one sitting & that’s exactly what we did. She listened to what I wanted and made my dream a reality. All the staff are really sweet and it’s a real hidden gem. My sister recommend Mane to me and I’ll be recommending everyone too. Thank you to Bilgen and the team. I booked in for an eyelash lift today at this business. It was not the best experience. When I tried to get in for my appointment the door was locked & no one was answering the phone. I eventually saw the buzzer but i thought this information should probably have been on their website if the door is going to be locked. I didn’t get into my appointment on time and even when i finally got in, I was asked to wait. The lady who did my brows offered me a coffee, so that was nice but by the time I got into my appointment it was quite a bit later than it should have been. She didn’t seem to know what I had actually booked for and asked me whether I was there for a facial. This makes me wonder if their online booking system even works or whether she knew I was even coming in. As for the eyelashes, they’re not as lifted or dark as I’m used to. They are passable but not really as good as I’ve had in the past. The lady said it was because it was the first time doing it, but I have had about 10-15 eyelash lifts before that at other businesses and they have looked more lifted and dark than this. However, I didn’t complain because in the end they do look okay, just not what I usually get from a lift. I don’t know if they’ll last though, as they aren’t really lifted that much. Overall, the lady was nice and I resisted leaving a negative review because I do think she was trying to make it a pleasant experience but I think it’s better for the business to know what’s happening. Additionally, there were no card services and I had to do a bank transfer which was a bit of a hassle at the end.”

“I had Neveskin's facial at Brentwood Diamon Aesthetics Clinic. I didn't know what to expect but I can only describe it as a dry ice cube on your face. It took a minute or two to get used to the extreme cold but then it was quite relaxing. After, and for a good few days, I noticed my face was smoother and fresher in appearance and felt so soft. It has helped with some fine lines too. I'd definitely recommend it and will be back!”

However, my best friend recommended me Aura hairdressers and after my first appointment I never looked back. I’ve had my hair done in all major high end salons in London; Milan, Dubai, Paris and in Qatar and she is the only hair that I have full confidence in. I love that she always takes the time to do a full comprehensive consultation before going ahead with the colouring and she takes the utmost care to prioritise the condition of my hair. My hair is not easy to treat, it’s thick it’s curly it’s damaged and today when I attended the colour was patchy and mixed ( due to a previous hairdressers errors) it’s rare to find a hairdresser that you can trust! Most Instagram hairdressers are heavily marketed or photo shopped! Her work is genuine and you really do leave the salon with perfect results every time. As for the salon, the entire team welcomed me , the interior and location is stunning and April the owner was so friendly and helped when needed. Nothing was to much for anyone , I felt like you really get what you pay for here and you’re really in the hands of professional hairdressers that are experienced and know exactly what they are doing, The salon was so bright I loved the unique interior and all the details. The products were amazing! Premium quality and organic! Again the best treatments for hair and restoring the damage I had. Even the refreshments at the salon were premium! The coffee was speciality and tasted phenomenal’ ! I have to say I’ve had beauty treatments at places like harrods and their coffees don’t even compare to the ones you get here! I’m so thankful for Ashley and all the team at the salon , even when booking my appointment it was seamless! Looking forward to going back!”
