βOutstanding. Vision Healthcare is the best mental health facility I've come across in my 20 odd years experience of dealing with both the service users, and the clinical teams involved in my daughters ongoing care. The staff are without doubt some of the best, most caring, professional, approachable and hard working teams I have ever met, in my estimation they are all deserving of a 5 star review.β
βgood experience. Staff are very friendlyβ
βI think I was extremely lucky to have such an amazing therapist. This therapist had really made an incredibly positive impact upon my life. I am so very thankful. The service I believe was very good, great communication and professional at all times. Forever thankful to my therapist, NHS and the staff that really do put a lot into their careers to help others. Thank you.β

βTreatment at this clinic has been good. The staff, nurses and professionals are caring and dedicated to getting patients the help they need. They create a supportive environment that makes a real difference in the recovery process. Which is of course, very much appreciated. Want to wish a Merry Christmas and happy new year in advance, to all. And of course your loved ones as well! Many thanks!β
βCalled on behalf of my mum, very helpful receptionist. You can tell they work hard and deserve recognition for being on the frontline. Can't stand people complaining about a FREE NHS service. got a problem? go private, stop wasting people's time who are much more grateful for the cancer treatment they receive.β
βI was honestly so discouraged by the reviews that I was planning on cancelling my appointment, but I have to tell you I had a completely different experience. The ladies in the reception were lovely, my counsellor was fantastic, Iβve had multiple therapists in the past and for the first time I actually felt heard. Also just from sitting in the waiting room and overhearing the counsellors escorting their patients out the premises, everyone is so kind here. I saw another review saying the ladies in the reception area donβt answer the phone, but I heard them answering, I saw them helping visitors, Iβm quite confused by the terrible reviews but I guess everyone has different expectations. Iβm really grateful for getting such a lovely counsellor and I would encourage anyone reading this to at least give the centre a go because it might not be as bad as the reviews make it out to be.β
