“I am totally mystified by the criticism posted by others. I have always found this practice, and its predecessor as The Orchard Practice to be really excellent. Helpful, patient and considerate staff, who manage to be helpful while under severe pressure much of the time. And all the doctors, nurses and other medical staff have been unfailingly polite, informative and responsive. Parking is limited which is problematic but this is hardly the fault of the Practice staff. Overall,i'm very very pleased and satisfied by the service I receive. Thanks You.”

“A very friendly and welcoming surgery. During covid it was bit difficult to get an appointment as you had to ring within certain times now it has all changed and back to normal the reception staff are very good and competent also the nurses here are good and friendly The place shares the space with another surgery located in the building which makes parking spaces limited so if you have a early morning appointment you most probably get some parking space if not you will have to park illegally in nearby roads and hope you don’t get a good ticket”
