“Found their customer service positive. We did have an issue where the third-party flight company/carrier, not directly related to Intercargo made a mistake but the team at Intercargo were swift in helping me resolve the issue. The lesson I learned was I should have not opted for the cheapest carrier who were Egypt Air and maybe a another slightly more expensive carrier but on the whole, Intercargo were a pleasure to deal with, especially Finleigh Elderton whose support was exemplary, even though it was not technically his role. He went above and beyond.”
