But I just wanted to say that Banstead are brilliant - Brian kindly collects and returns my cat at all hours of the day which is so helpful as I don't have a car and am usually rushed off my feet trying to get organised to travel. I leave him several times a year with Brian and he always comes back happy, relaxed, groomed and well fed. So thank you for providing a flexible and caring service that gives me peace of mind. In fact, sometimes I wonder if he prefers it there.....!”
