Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. Then we moved to Chelmsford and WOW, Sabrina has performed miracles! When we pull up outside, they both jump out the car and actually wag their tails up the steps to her gate. “Went for colour and cut with James today (2.12.25) and wanted a bit of new look. James was brilliant and consulted with me on what I wanted - bit darker, more warmth and more layers with my cut. He suggested some things and was really engaged in the conversation. New colour is fantastic- warmer blonde with more depth in tones, and the cut is exactly what I wanted without knowing beforehand. Highly recommend and couldn’t be happier. Everyone in the salon was also friendly as always.”

Also, I had an absolutely amazing deep tissue massage by Stefan which really really helped my back pain with lasting effects! Really amazing technique! I have yet to try other services at Uban but I can definitely commend the haircuts and massages here especially for the price!!”
