She, along with her coworker sitting next to her, made the experience feel comfortable and welcoming. Jenny came across as approachable and professional, which reassured me that I was in expert hands. I felt like nothing could go wrong. She even gave me helpful tips on how to care for my nails afterward. I truly felt cared for throughout the entire experience. The service was reasonably priced—I honestly would have paid more because of how well I was treated. Everyone there was so nice!”

“I got a full head balyage with Lulu. Initially I was nervous about getting my hair done somewhere new, but I was made to feel very comfortable. I wasn’t sure of what colour I wanted the balyage. Lulu was patient, helpful and dedicated. I absolutely loved the result. I had the best experience getting my hair done with Lulu. I would highly recommend her. Lovely lady and she did an amazing job”

“i LOVE this nail bar. i’ve been quite a few times, but moved 200 miles away. i will still get my nails done by them every time i come back to london to see family as it’s perfect every single time. they are always spot on with my idea, no matter how difficult i am. the start of the acrylic and my cuticle is always seamless, which i don’t always get at other nail bars near my new house. prices are always so good as well. couldn’t recommend you all more!”

“I’ve been going to KV nails for about 5-6 years now and I just keep coming back because when I try any other place, I don’t come away with the same pampered feeling I get here. They really take time to be gentle but thorough with your nails, taking into to consideration what design you’d like and shape. And the inside is very relaxed and pretty!
