She was gentle, professional, and really took her time to make sure the shellac looked perfect. I’m so happy with how they turned out… they look elegant and natural, just what I wanted. “I started getting my nails done at HiroHiro nails in January 2024 and I haven’t looked back since. Chloe and the team are always so lovely, warm and friendly. They have really helped me grow my nails from short stumps that would never grow, but on their advice switched from Shellac to try Biab and I have now managed to grow my nails lovely long and strong. I also love that the salon isn’t hustle and bustling like a cattle market like a lot of Salons I have tried over the years. And is a lovely calm relaxing place to get your nails done. It’s always a plus too to when you get to see Moochi the Pomeranian! Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere nice and relaxing to get your nails done that last!!!!!!”

“The experience in this shop is always 10/10 and stands apart from other nail shops by far. This is because of the amount of care they put into your nails. I don’t ever feel like they’re rushing me or rushing the nails. They always take the time to understand what I want exactly and sometimes stayed open longer to finish my design even though I came close to closing time.”

“Tried Kim’s nails for the first time and will be using them again for sure. Lovely staff who really pay attention to what you want and offer you ideas. Pricing was really good and the lady who did my nails was a perfectionist and gave me the best nails I’ve had in ages. I got a chrome pink shade and I’m excited to get them redone because I think this will be on my hands for the foreseeable.”

“I had infills and shellac gel polish done on my nails. It was an absolutely rushed job by the man as it was late and I was the last customer of the day. The shellac hasn’t even set smoothly on to my nails and looks awfully thick, scratched and lumpy. Not happy at all! My eyesight is very poor so I trusted his work and I didn’t notice how bad it really was until I woke up the following morning and saw my nails in the natural light. Pedicure on the other hand was done by a lady who did an amazing job. I love how my feet have turned out. I contacted the salon who were terribly sorry for my experience and asked me to go back. I did and they redid my nails as a gesture of good will and the transformation was incredible. I’m much more happier with my nails and they look absolutely beautiful.
