The team’s care and attention have truly put my mind at ease. Another thing that reassures me is seeing the owner around frequently. “Our Son has been attending Kenton Bright Horizon since he was 11 months old.Our Son loves his time at nursery/pre-school and now as a chatty 4 year old he is enthuse about the staff, his friends, and the fabulous activities he is involved in. “honestly this is the worst nursery my baby sister has ever been in. first of all, the workers don’t even care about the children, their always on their phones and are very rude. my family was worried that my baby sister could be autistic and they didn’t even do anything to help her. and when my mum had told them and complained that my daughter isn’t getting better they were very disrespectful and said these exact words, “your daughter is autistic because of the type of mum she has”. i was so shocked when i had heard them say that and it shows they don’t care about their jobs. they don’t even have a professional manager, her name is karen, and she is so disrespectful along with her co worker, fran. they are not welcoming at all! and my sister went there for a year and is the exact same, she’s not learnt no new words or anything. so please if you want to send your little ones there please thinks twice before.”
