Despite the ongoing pressures, lack of respect, and poor pay that NHS workers sadly face, the staff here consistently remain caring, professional, and dedicated. I especially want to thank Jade, who recently supported me through a very difficult situation. She was incredibly comforting, understanding, and accommodating, and made a genuinely hard time feel a little easier.
