From the very moment I spoke with Harley I could tell he was running an extremely slick, professional, courteous, experience-driven, client-focused travel agency. He was quick and precise (and upfront/honest) with all his answers and gave me so much confidence in booking. I also had the pleasure of being assisted greatly by Alice, who was so friendly, refreshingly upbeat and personable. She replied to literally every single email within minutes, was utterly 'on point' during all our calls and understood my concerns before I'd even brought them up - amazing; a real asset to the company. I simply cannot recommend this business highly enough and will always book my flights, hotels and holiday packages through Horton Holidays. “Cliff was lovely, friendly, professional and did a wonderful job of my carpet. Will definitely use them again. But I don't like the fact that the customer is charged £40 if the contractor can't park outside the property. I did find the parking issue stressful.”
