    Stagecoach Performing Arts Watford

    ★★★★★ 5
    Open

“Stagecoach Watford has been an excellent place for my girls to showcase their talent. My eldest has additional needs, but that didn't stop Emily and her crew from bringing out the best in her. She wasn't hidden or given unnecessary roles. The team has found a way to include her in a way that she shines the brightest!! I was so sceptical initially to enrol her, but after 2 years now, I wish I had done it sooner!! Stagecoach has helped my daughter communicate and interact better with her peers. Her confidence has improved so much. She loves singing, dancing and acting! There is never a performance that I am not in bits!! (tears of joy!). The mainstream children are so well-behaved and have come to accept my girl. It is so beautiful to see how they all encourage her and give her a gentle nudge to fall in line. I think seeing her perform with the crew at His Majesty's Theatre recently tops it all! She loves going to Stagecoach, and I can not stop thanking Emily, Andrea, and other members of the Stagecoach Watford crew for being so amazing, professional, inclusive, nurturing, and creative. Well done to all of you, and thank you for the excellent work you do with our kids!!!”

    Edge Grove School

    ★★★★☆ 4.4
    Open

“Our daughter (now in year 8) has been at Edge Grove since year 6 having spent all her previous schooling in the French system. We joined the school at a time when the new headmaster, Me Evans, was still putting in place his vision, but we felt that he knew exactly what he was wanting to do, and we completely bought into that vision. We have not been disappointed. The pastoral care has been first rate, particularly helping our daughter in the transition to a British Independent school. From what we have seen, any pastoral issues are dealt with speedily and sensitively. Great emphasis is put on politeness and creating the right environment for learning, whilst enjoying everything that the school has to offer. The education curriculum is innovative, supportive and stretching, and the school is doing a fantastic job of supporting all year 8 pupils in preparation for CE, truly differentiating based on the schools they are applying to and the exams they will be taking. Extra-curriculum activities are great too - the Director of Music is fantastic and the improvement in the quality of all school music activities has been marked, while the head of girls' games is really raising the bar too. Staff go beyond what one might expect and respond rapidly and helpfully to any questions or concerns. The parent community is friendly and welcoming. The school certainly deserves its recent rating of Excellent in all regards from the Independent Schools Inspection. I highly recommend the school to any prospective parent.”

“Lovely restaurant in a very nice location. The food is amazing, cooked on the location and served by the future chefs of the country. They create their own daily menu, serve mouthwatering food and provide an impeccable service. The experience starts at the entrance with a very warm welcome and just flows through naturally during the three course dining experience. The place is popular and booked weeks in advance, so please call ahead. They also do lovely activities like chocolate classes, cake making and cake decoration- which are also highly recommended.”

    Inclusive Multi Academy Trust

    ★★★★★ 5

““Inspiring our children and community to be the very best that they can be!” As a Trustee I feel really privileged and proud to be involved in this journey. “Inclusive” is not only our name but core to everything we do to help our community fulfil the hopes and dreams of our children. Every day our 3 Watford primary schools – Beechfield, Cherry Tree and Laurance Haines work closely together to create great opportunities which inspire our pupils to learn and develop skills to adapt and succeed in our ever changing world. Each school is very much a part of the local community with its own distinct characteristics and curriculum –we don’t believe that one size fits all but a nurturing philosophy underlines everything we do. As part of a group of schools we provide opportunities for our children to participate and share in exciting projects across the schools – whether sporting, outdoors or creative - for example our art display in Watford Museum or the more recent song written and performed to celebrate and thank Covid-19 key workers. Supporting our people to succeed is a core belief and strength – we are lucky to include former pupils among our teaching staff! Working together enables the sharing and development of best practice whilst addressing workload too. Good career progression is available across the Trust schools. “if you want to go fast, go alone. Ashford & Partners Chartered Accountants

    ★★★★★ 4.8

“My dealings with Ashford & Partners has been in the capacity of supporting my mum who is their primary client. Neel Shah, of Ashford & Partners, has always shown the utmost respect and patience in meetings. He has had to talk us through complex scenarios but ensures that he takes the time to explain terminology in a way in which we can understand. My mother says of Ashford & Partners: "The service that I have received over a number of years has been very good. They reply promptly to my calls, and I am very satisfied with their answers to my questions. They have a friendly attitude and I always find them to be polite." Correspondence from Ashford & Simpson is always thorough, and requests for returns allow ample time. Any queries arising are always answered promptly and to our satisfaction. We have always found that we can trust Neel and his team to advise and act in mum's best interest. We look forward to continuing this positive relationship with Ashford & Partners.”

“I did the Fundamentals and then moved on to do my MA with the Institute of Psychosynthesis, London. This has been my most life altering experience and i hope all those searching for more and meaning to life should give themselves this gift. It is a deeply evoking and moving experience. I have learnt what it means to come home to myself through a long journey with my tutors, facilitators and cohort members. They have A class facilitators who have 3 - 4 decades of experience in this field. So you will be in good hands. Good luck for those choosing to undertake this journey. See you on the other side.”
