Went there just before closing time, the cook made a small mistake and broke one of the sizes on a 15" he then gave a medium also for free I didn't even ask or would have noticed. “I promise I’m not milking this restaurant. I have lived near this place for the past 10 years and every time I come here the staff are always so kind and welcoming. It’s like I stepped into a haven of pizza. They food make my mouth water and fill me up in all the good spots. I have spent nearly £2,000 at this place and no I’m not fat either. This has to be my favourite restaurant of all time. Their Meaty Feast pizza is so delicious. I recommend this place to everyone, even the dead because they would want to come back to life for this food. Genuinely 11/10”

“Consistent service and good quality food every time I have been to this branch, be it mid afternoon, early evening or late evening like this evening when we were served by Jessica. As the restaurant wasn't at all busy due to it being just after nine in the evening, we got served quickly and the food was piping hot when she brought it to us. I guess the only let down was that as it was getting near to closing time, the coffee machine had already been cleaned but that's no Biggie really. All the staff we have been served by and the manager are all very nice, courteous and helpful. Can't really fault anything to be honest!”

“We generally order from here around once a month, as expected from such a popular chain we expect delivery from 30min to over an hour. We experienced a bit of a let down recently, but upon reporting it, the complaint was dealt with fairly swiftly and they did compensate us out of good will which was decent of them. I still prefer Papa Johns to other competitors.”
