“Booking was easy though I made a mistake and they called me to amend the booking. Polite and patient staff member helped me book the right service (which couldn't be done online). The engineer arrived as scheduled, having called ahead 30 mins before arrival. Very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions clearly. Left everything clean and tidy. Would use service again and recommend.”
