“RAC recovered my vehicle to Reliance as recommended by their very helpful driver Scholtz. Within 24 hours of my car being recovered I had a phone call from a very helpful and knowledgeable Emir who spoke with me about the car’s history and then worked out the issue on my car after spending 1 hour of diagnosing. He resolved the issue that most mechanics refused to even look at without charging me ££££ in diagnostics fees. Emir handled everything with full support from the beginning to the end and really has proven that there are honest and reliable people out there. “Great, fast service. Had problem with the gear lever on my Citroen caught the guys just before they were closing Thursday evening. Ray knew exactly what the problem was. Took my reg so he could order the part needed asked me to pop back in the next day. Arrived test run and exact problem team thought it would be. Part arrived and fitted while I waited. An hour later I was on my way problem fixed. This is the second time I’ve dealt with Ray and his team. Definitely recommend them. Honest and friendly as a woman I hate having to visit garages. “I recently had my braces taken off and booked an appointment at Acorn for a general clean. Not only did I get the appointment sooner than expected, but I was attended to exceptionally by the receptionists upon my arrival, as well as my operating dentist, Dr. Gajadhar. They have a welcoming environment and the treatment itself was beyond outstanding, as I required a filling which I wasn't aware of and, due to the precision of Dr. Gajadhar, there's no spec of error with the filling, making it unnoticeable to even myself! I would highly recommend coming to Acorn, as they value their patients highly and take care of them as one of their own.”
