I felt bad because there were a couple of knots and she was kind about it and sorted it gently. Even when I could feel the scissors and comb and water spray on my neck, she put a towel round my neck and shoulders so I wouldn't get wet and made sure I was comfortable before carrying on and I really appreciate it. I hope to be back. Exceptional value for money too.”
